Food Truck underground is founded on the idea of bringing communities together through amazing shared food experiences. Started in 2014, FTU currently operates weekly public markets throughout Utah. FTU seeks to maintain a shared sense of space by collaborating with local businesses and communities to activate novel public spaces with truly unique experiences. FTU also offers full production catering for groups ranging from 100-10,000. One of the signature aspects of Food Truck Underground is the diverse group of vendors that we work with on a weekly basis. All ages and all taste buds welcome.
